Calgary Favourite Crave Is Bringing Its Sweetest Concept Yet to Hillhurst

One of Calgary’s most-loved bakeries is about to give Hillhurst something sweet to talk about. After 21 years, Crave closed its original Kensington location earlier this summer — but the farewell is making way for an exciting new chapter.

On August 27, the bakery will open its newest café concept, pairing their famous homemade cupcakes and treats with coffee from Monogram under the CeCe’s Coffee brand.

The new spot at 112 18A St NW will serve the same irresistible baking Calgarians have loved for over two decades, alongside expertly brewed Monogram coffee in a fresh, modern café setting.

Whether you’re grabbing a latte on the go or sitting down for a cupcake date, it’s designed to be a new neighbourhood staple.

It’s the first CeCe’s Coffee in Calgary (and only the second in Canada, after Kelowna’s June debut), and it’s already shaping up to be your next go-to for caffeine and cupcakes.

Opening Day: Wednesday, August 27 | 112 18A St NW, Calgary
