Get ready, movie lovers. Cineplex is bringing back Community Day 2025, and it’s your chance to catch big-screen favorites for free while supporting a good cause.
On Saturday, November 15, participating Cineplex theatres across Canada will open early for a morning packed with free movies, $3 snacks, and even free gaming.
Free Movies If You’re Quick
From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Cineplex will be handing out free tickets for a lineup of family-friendly films. You’ll need to show up in person because tickets aren’t available online or through the app. Once they’re gone, that’s it.
This year’s lineup includes Minions: The Rise of Gru, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, Sing 2, and The Wild Robot. Check your local theatre’s showtimes before you go so you don’t miss out.
$3 Snacks
Until 11 a.m., you can grab regular popcorn, drinks, and select candy for $3 each plus tax.
All for a Great Cause
Every dollar from food, drink, and game purchases will be donated to BGC Canada (Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada) to help support youth programs across the country.
It’s a morning of free entertainment, great snacks, and a good cause all rolled into one. If you needed a reason to hit the movies early, this is it.
