Sushi Ninja is one of Calgary’s more extensive all-you-can-eat sushi options, with a menu that goes well beyond standard rolls.

Lunch is currently $29.95 for adults, while dinner is $39.95. Dinner unlocks some of the more premium items, including sashimi, sirloin steak, beef tataki, grilled squid, baked mussels and AAA BBQ beef short ribs.

The full menu is huge, with sushi and nigiri, regular and specialty rolls, hand cones, tempura, grilled dishes, udon, fried rice, karaage, wings and desserts.

For families, kids under four eat free, with separate pricing for ages four to six, seven to nine and 10 to 12.

There are a few AYCE rules worth knowing before you go: everyone at the same table has to order the same course, ordering is limited to 90 minutes, and the restaurant asks each table to use one device for orders. Excess leftovers may be charged, and parties of six or more have an 18% gratuity added automatically.

Calgary Locale tip: If sashimi is the reason you’re going, book dinner. That’s where the menu gets noticeably more interesting.

If your idea of all-you-can-eat is less “buffet line” and more keep the meat coming, Gogi Korean BBQ is a relatively affordable way to do AYCE Korean BBQ in Calgary.

The AYCE menu is built around Korean BBQ meats you cook at the table, with options including bulgogi, spicy bulgogi, pork belly, pork shoulder, thin-sliced pork belly, marinated pork, soy-marinated chicken, honey-garlic chicken and more. There’s also a sizeable appetizer lineup with dishes like tteokbokki, japchae, takoyaki, dumplings and Korean fried chicken, plus a self-serve salad bar.

Lunch is particularly good value at $29.50 per adult, while the all-day menu is $34.50 Monday to Thursday and $36.50 Friday to Sunday. The current menu also lists 50% off for kids and 20% off for seniors, along with a free cup of ice cream per person.

Gogi currently has three Calgary BBQ locations, on Macleod Trail, in Sunridge and in Brentwood. All three are listed by Gogi as open seven days a week.

Bolero has been serving Brazilian-style barbecue in Calgary since 2008. Its $57 full rodizio includes unlimited visits to the Fresco Bar plus tableside service featuring 13 slow-roasted skewers.

The current lineup includes picanha, rib eye, top and bottom sirloin, leg of lamb, sausage, bacon-wrapped beef, bacon-wrapped chicken, pork loin, ribs, chicken wings and caramelized pineapple. Turn your table cue green when you want the gaucho chefs to keep serving, yellow when you need a break and red when you’re finished.

The Fresco Bar includes salads, vegetables, cheese, charcuterie and Brazilian-inspired sides. It is included with the rodizio or available separately for $29. Desserts cost extra.

Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue

The $78 dinner rodizio currently includes picanha, garlic top sirloin, chimichurri bottom sirloin, Parmigiano beef, beef ribs, rib eye, chicken wings, chicken hearts, bacon-wrapped chicken, Brazilian sausage, pork ribs, rosemary pork, lamb and barbecue pineapple.

The $58 lunch rodizio offers a smaller selection that still includes picanha, two additional sirloin preparations, Parmigiano beef, pork, sausages, chicken wings and pineapple. Both include salads, Brazilian cheese buns and hot sides such as feijoada, chicken stroganoff, fries and rice.

Rodizio lunch runs Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. The restaurant has a two-hour seating limit, and groups of eight or more are charged an 18% gratuity.

After more than 30 years of weekly Sunday brunches, Carriage House introduced its Signature Brunch Buffet Series in 2026. The buffet now returns on select holidays and special occasions rather than operating every Sunday.

Each event has a customized menu, but the buffets generally feature made-to-order omelettes, eggs Benedict, breakfast favourites, carved meats, seafood, salads and desserts from the hotel’s in-house bakery.

Menus are normally published four to six weeks before each brunch, and reservations are required.
