Brewery & The Beast

Over 50 chefs. Open fire. Locally raised beef, bison, elk, wild boar, rabbit, and more. Brewery & The Beast is back at The Confluence on August 23 for its annual celebration of ethical meat and bold cooking, with local craft beer, wine, cider, and cocktails rounding out the day.
