Located at 1117 9 Avenue SE, in the space formerly home to JusBubble, this bright and welcoming spot serves Filipino fusion dishes that put a creative spin on classic brunch staples. Expect plates like fried chicken and waffles, Eggs Benedict, and hearty breakfast classics, all reimagined with the rich, sweet and savory flavours of Filipino cuisine.
Lasa, which means “taste” or “flavour” in Filipino, lives up to its name with dishes made for sharing. The menu highlights comforting, flavour-packed food that feels both familiar and new.
