Looking for a date night that doesn’t involve another patio?
Heritage Park is bringing back its Captain’s Cruises this August, giving Calgarians the chance to spend an evening cruising across the Glenmore Reservoir aboard the historic S.S. Moyie. The adults-only series combines live entertainment, food, drinks and golden-hour views, making it one of Calgary’s more unique summer nights out.
Each of the three Thursday sailings has its own theme.
Sunset Sweethearts (Aug. 6) is designed for couples looking for a romantic evening on the water. Squad on Deck (Aug. 13) is all about gathering your friends for a summer night out, while Summer Sets Sail (Aug. 20) wraps up the season with one final celebration before summer starts winding down.
With just 80 guests aboard each cruise, tickets are expected to sell quickly.
