Calgary’s Oktoberfest Is Back: Harvest Haus Returns This September
Consider this your official excuse to dig out the lederhosen. Harvest Haus returns to the Big Four Roadhouse September 25 and 26, bringing one weekend of stein-clinking, bratwurst-eating, long-table merriment to Calgary. If you’ve never spent a night singing along with strangers at an Oktoberfest table, this is the event that turns them into friends by the second round.
More Than 25 Beers, Wines and Spirits Under One Roof
The Halle pours a lineup that runs from the Munich heavyweights (Paulaner, Stiegl, Erdinger) to Belgian favourites like Delirium and La Chouffe, alongside Alberta’s own: Big Rock, Banded Peak, Troubled Monk, Fahr and Village Brewery all pouring. Every ticket includes a souvenir stein to take home, so you’re drinking out of your own hardware all night.
Oompah Bands, DJs and the Marketplatz
Live oompah bands trade sets with DJs spinning the singalong anthems, and when you need fuel, the Marketplatz is stocked with pretzels, sausages and authentic European eats to keep you upright through the last chorus.

The Earlier You Buy, the Less You Pay
Harvest Haus runs tiered pricing, and it’s worth understanding: GA starts at $30 pre-sale and climbs to $65 as allotments sell out. Same ticket, higher price the longer you wait. VIP tables for four (guaranteed reserved seating plus steins) run $280 pre-sale, rising to $420. If you’re going, going early is the move.
One weekend, 25+ beers, oompah bands, and a stein with your name on it. This is how Calgary does Oktoberfest.
