Clear the calendar, Calgary. A two-day festival dedicated to all things chocolate is officially headed our way.
ChocoFest is making its Calgary debut May 14 and 15, 2027, taking over the Red & White Club at McMahon Stadium with chocolatiers, bean-to-bar makers, bakers and confectioners from across Canada.
And yes, tasting your way around the room is very much the point.
The festival brings together handcrafted bonbons, artisan chocolate bars, baked goods, chocolate drinks and plenty of other cacao-fuelled creations, with guests able to meet the makers, discover new favourites and take a few things home for later.
ChocoFest uses digital Taste Tickets for samples throughout the festival, with each ticket good for a sample of approximately 10 grams. Taste Tickets are sold separately from general admission, starting at $12.50 for five, with bundles of 10 for $22.50 and 15 for $33.

The festival first launched in Alberta in 2025 and is expanding to Calgary in 2027. For founder J’Anne Monteleone, the new stop is also something of a homecoming: she lived in Calgary for 35 years and raised her kids here.
There will be a few different ways to experience it. Friday is reserved for guests 16 and over, with general admission priced at $20 online or $25 at the door. Saturday is open to ages 13 and up for $16 online or $20 at the door, while children 12 and under get in free with a ticketed adult.
There are dedicated senior sessions, too, with online admission priced at $10 for guests 65 and over.
For anyone looking to go all in, the VIP Experience starts at $79 early bird or $89 regular price and includes 15 Taste Tickets, along with an hour-long VIP session before the festival’s other admission times begin.
The Calgary vendor lineup is still under wraps, so expect plenty more chocolate intel between now and May. ChocoFest notes that most time slots sold out in 2026, and Calgary tickets are set to go on sale December 1, 2026.
