Black Cherry & Anise
A bold take on cherry liquorice — but elevated. The anise is steeped into a sweet cream base and swirled with black cherry jam. Dreamed up by MBM’s own marketing director, this one leans dark, aromatic, and sophisticated.
Zucchini Cornbread & Honey Butter
Homemade zucchini cornbread chunks folded into ice cream, then finished with a honey butter caramel ribbon. It’s cozy, nostalgic, and totally unique.
Peach Blackberry Habanero
A returning fan-favourite. Juicy peaches and tart blackberries meet just a hint of habanero for a sweet-spicy finish. A cult classic among MBM regulars — and the full recipe is even featured in their cookbook.
Heirloom Tomato & Cantaloupe Sorbet (Vegan)
The wildcard of the bunch. Light, refreshing, and surprisingly balanced, this dairy-free flavour blends fresh heirloom tomatoes with cantaloupe for a sorbet that’s bright and herbaceous. Unconventional? Yes. Delicious? That’s up to you to decide.
