Calgary has a new place for quick, flavour-forward comfort food. Philly’s has opened its first location at 5475 Falsbridge Dr NE, introducing a locally created quick-service concept focused on fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and fast service.

Philly’s is bright, casual, and designed for convenience. It feels like the kind of spot that fits easily into your week, whether you are stopping by for a quick lunch or picking up dinner to go. The orange-lettered logo gives it a bold and friendly touch that stands out in Calgary’s northeast.

Philly’s takes familiar street food favourites and gives them an upgrade with high-quality ingredients and a creative twist.
Gourmet Hot Dogs
Classic hot dogs get reimagined with premium toppings. The Cowboy features bacon, BBQ sauce, cheddar, and caramelized onions, while the Chicago Style adds a fresh crunch with pickles, tomatoes, relish, and banana peppers.
Grinders (Subs)
Toasted sandwiches made to order and layered with flavour. The Spicy Cajun combines jalapeños, grilled onions, and provolone, while the Cubano stacks pulled pork, pickles, and mustard on warm bread.
Rice Bowls
A customizable option with proteins like BBQ chicken or teriyaki steak, finished with toppings and sauces such as smoky chipotle or cilantro-lime. Perfect for a quick, lighter meal that still feels satisfying.
Calgary Roots and Expansion Plans
Philly’s was created in Calgary by a team with decades of restaurant experience. Julian Carreto, operations lead, brings more than 25 years in food service with a focus on consistency and quality. Harpreet Dhaliwal, owner and operator of the first location, is helping guide the brand’s expansion, with a second restaurant already planned for Airdrie.
