The Twilight Retreat is an evening of connection — to your body, to nature, and to the women gathered around you, set against the beautiful grounds of Mount St. Francis. Here’s what the night holds:

Outdoor Fire Ceremony — a moment to release, reflect, and set intention

‍♀️ Yoga & Meditation — gentle movement to settle into the evening

☕ Tea Bar & Desserts — closing the night with warmth and something sweet

This is The Village at its fullest — no performing required, just women gathering exactly as they are.

Come as a Maiden, Matron, or Crone. All welcome.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, layered clothing you can move in for yoga, plus something warm for the evening air once the sun goes down. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for the fire ceremony.

Is this suitable for beginners? I’ve never done yoga or a fire ceremony before.

Absolutely. Every part of this evening is designed to meet you exactly where you are — no experience necessary, no perfect poses required.

Is dinner included, and can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, dinner is included in your ticket. Please reach out ahead of time with any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can accommodate you.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Both — the fire ceremony takes place outdoors on the grounds of Mount St. Francis, with the rest of the evening (dinner, yoga, tea bar) held indoors. Dress accordingly for October evening weather.

What if I need to cancel — is this refundable?

This event is non-refundable, as your ticket cost goes directly toward the venue. If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else — just let us know who’s coming in your place.
