As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, we are invited to turn inward.

The Descent is a restorative sound bath designed to help you slow down, release what you no longer need to carry, and reconnect with the stillness beneath the noise of everyday life.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, tongue drum, and other resonant instruments, you’ll be guided through a gentle journey of grounding, release, deep rest, and reflection.

This is not a descent into darkness. It is a movement inward.

There is nothing you need to accomplish. Nothing you need to figure out.

Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you.

What to Expect

You’ll be comfortably lying down or seated while the sounds and vibrations surround you. No previous experience with sound baths or meditation is necessary.

Please bring:

Yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on

Pillow

Blanket

Water

Anything else that helps you feel cozy
