Choose Your Private Holiday Party Experience:
Gelato Academy ($70/guest): Tour, tasting, and a hands-on custom flavour creation in the development kitchen. Includes 2 pints per guest to take home.
VIP Academy Experience ($110/guest): Includes the full academy experience, plus 2 drinks, pizza or charcuterie boards, and 3 pints per guest to take home—an all-in-one party solution!
Group Minimums: All private academy bookings require a minimum of 7 guests. Please ensure you select at least 7 tickets checking out.
Dress Code (Important!): Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Because you will be stepping into our working development kitchen and factory floor, leave the sandals and fancy heels at home!
Food & Catering Add-Ons: Want to turn your academy into a full holiday bash with pizza, charcuterie, or extra catering? No problem! Please reach out to experience@righteousgelato.com directly to get a custom food quote for your team
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies: We’ve got options! We offer delicious dairy-free and vegan-friendly sorbetto. However, please note that our development kitchen handles nuts and gluten, so we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment for guests with severe allergies. Please let us know of any dietary needs you book.
Extra Perks: All private event guests receive 15% off any additional café purchases during their visit—so feel free to stock up on extra pints, sorbetto bars, or coffee for the road!

Is there parking available?
Yes! We have free marked parking available right on-site at our facility in Mayland Heights (Calgary).
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
We sure do! We offer delicious dairy-free and vegan-friendly sorbetto options. However, please note that our development kitchen does handle nuts and gluten, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for severe allergies. Please let us know of any dietary needs booking.
