Frights & Delights: Halloween at The Confluence
The Confluence runs two nights of Halloween where the rivers meet. Friday is Boos & Brews, an adults-only night market with true crime tours and tarot readings. Saturday is Frightful Family Fest for all ages.
Both are free, so pick your night or do both.
