More Than 200 Canadian Artisans
Art Market features a curated selection of artists and craftspeople from across Canada.
Rather than displaying products in standard market rows, each artist creates an individual gallery-style booth where visitors can browse their work and learn more about how it was made.
Products are expected to include:
- Original paintings and fine art
- Handmade jewellery
- Ceramics and pottery
- Designer clothing and accessories
- Home décor
- Soaps and bath products
- Gourmet food and specialty ingredients
- Woodwork and functional art
- Christmas gifts and seasonal pieces
Products and participating artists will vary throughout the show.
Celebrating Art Market’s 40th Anniversary
Art Market is marking its 40th birthday in 2026 with additional entertainment, demonstrations and giveaways.
Anniversary plans include live bands, artist demonstrations, birthday celebrations and special prizes. Organizers are also planning 40 gift-bag giveaways each day, along with Art Market gift certificates and other prizes.
The event will offer evening bar service and live music on Thursday and Friday, when the market remains open until 9 p.m.
Meet the Artists
One of the biggest reasons to visit Art Market is the opportunity to buy directly from the people who create the work.
Many exhibitors demonstrate their techniques or work on new pieces inside their booths. Visitors can ask questions, learn about the materials and processes involved, and hear the stories behind individual products.
This makes the event a particularly good place to find a meaningful gift or commission a custom piece.
Food and Drinks
Food and drink options will be available inside the convention centre, including an updated concession area.
Visitors can take a shopping break without leaving the building, and evening bar service will be available during the market’s extended Thursday and Friday hours.
