Happy 35th Anniversary Show + Sale!!
Join us for our 35th Show + Sale Celebration Bash! Discover unique designs, paintings, ceramics, jewellery, fibre, and much, much more!
Entirely run by the Students’ Association at AUArts and hosted on the Alberta University of Arts campus, this program was built by students for students!
To commemorate the occasion, we are inviting AUArts Alumni to celebrate with us, and their original artwork is for sale along with our current AUArts emerging student artists.
First Look Fundraiser is your chance to get first pick of original works! This year, our goal is to establish a student award in memorial of Mike Hooves to honor our dear friend, colleague, and AUArts SA legacy holder who we sadly lost to cancer earlier this year.
On site will be a free photobooth from Dirty Laundry Club (https://www.thedirtylaundryclub.com/), and the return of the candy buffet from Gummi Boutique (https://www.instagram.com/gummiboutique/).
With a DJ spinning record, and a selection of beverages from our friends at Dandy Brewing (https://thedandybrewingcompany.com/), all we need is YOU to get the party started.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?
If purchasing a ticket at the door, we encourage a cash transaction. We have card reader phones to accept tickets at the door, however, they can be touch and go with certain cards. For smooth purchase use the online purchase or cash at the door.
can I learn more about how my donation supports students?

What kinds of nonperishable food donation items show I bring?
Anything shelf-stable, we love canned soup, pastas, noodles, nothing expired or needs to be refrigerated or frozen. Anything you might find in a pantry! We appreciate all food or cash donations to support our students!
will the artwork be?
Our student and alumni artwork will be organized by medium (painting, ceramics, fibre etc.) and installed in the Upper Main Mall, The Lower Main Mall Cafeteria area and Room 371 just up a floor by elevator as well as a staircase by the AUArts Info Desk. Signage and Maps will be available
What is the parking situation?
Parking is owned by the Jubilee and Park Plus and is an $8 flat rate.
What’s the closest train station?
We are directly beside the SAIT / AUArts / Jubilee station.
What kind of items and price range?
We have ceramics, glass, fine art prints, jewelry, fiber, paintings, to digital prints, stickers and cards. Items can range from $5 stickers and other small items to $5,000 large scale paintings. Something for everybody!
