Ready to eat your way through Calgary, one noodle bowl at a time? The YYC Noodle Festival is back from November 6 to 16, bringing a city-wide celebration of noodles, culture, and community.
This year’s festival features more than 25 restaurants serving up special creations just for the event, from classic ramen and pho to creative mashups that push the noodle game to new heights. Each spot has crafted a one-time-only signature dish, and every order helps raise funds for the Leftovers Foundation, a Calgary non-profit that rescues surplus food and redistributes it to local organizations in need.
How It Works
Grab your Noodle Passport online or at participating restaurants and start your crawl. Each time you order a featured dish, you’ll collect a stamp, and the more stamps you get, the closer you are to winning the festival’s $600 Grand Prize Pack, which includes restaurant gift cards and local merch.
You can also rate your favourite bowls on the festival website to help decide this year’s winners for Top-Rated Noodle, Most Creative Noodle, and Power Fundraiser (awarded to the restaurant that raises the most for charity).

Why You’ll Love It
It’s part food crawl, part fundraiser, and all kinds of delicious. Whether you’re craving steaming ramen at Fuji Ramen & Sushi, spicy laksa at Mamak Dang, or smoked brisket ramen from Goro + Gun, this festival is your chance to explore Calgary’s diverse noodle scene and support a great cause at the same time.
Last year’s event raised $5,000 and drew more than 2,000 noodle lovers city-wide. This year, the team behind YYC Noodle Festival is aiming to double that impact, with a goal of raising $10,000 for the Leftovers Foundation.
